If you would like to apply to be on the show, all you need to do is download and fill out the relevant section of the application form (boys section for boys applying – or the girls section for girls applying).

Return the completed form to the relevant e-mail address below:
(boys to the boys e-mail address and girls to the girls e-mail address). And remember to include a recent photograph of yourself!
