  1. You can not access the competition for Thursday 3rd January 2013 whatever way you try to access it. Nothing is working so our chance to enter today´s competition has been taken away. Access tried via itv.com etc and also using google search engine to find the page.

  2. Sorry guys. I can’t figure out why ITV have not published the competition entry webpage. By law, there should be a free entry to this comp. I’ll contact ITV to see if they can sort out this problem. Thanks for all your comments… including “C cheese” from Dave fallows!!!

  3. how long does it take to sort this out, it will soon be too late to enter, maybe they can extend the closing date?

If you tried to enter by SMS you will receive a text early next week with instructions on how to claim a refund.

We apologise for any inconvenience. Competitions will return to The Chase during week commencing 7th January 2013.
